Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Guseto platform operated by Haijahr Limited T/A Guseto ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Service Description

Guseto is a guided selling software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that enables e-commerce businesses to create interactive product recommendation flows. You can upload product catalogues, build questionnaire-based flows with scoring rules, and embed a lightweight widget on your website to help customers find the right products.

2. Account Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account.
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

3. Acceptable Use

Widget Embed

You may embed the Guseto widget on websites that you own or have authorisation to modify. The widget must be used in accordance with its intended purpose of providing product recommendations to your customers.

API Usage

API keys are issued per tenant and must be kept confidential. You must not share API keys publicly or embed them in client-side code beyond the widget embed snippet. You must not use the API to scrape data, overload our systems, or for any purpose other than integrating with the Guseto platform.

Prohibited Activities

You must not:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other tenants' data or our infrastructure.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the service.
• Transmit malicious code, spam, or harmful content through the platform.
• Resell or redistribute the service without our written consent.

4. Intellectual Property

The Guseto platform, including its software, design, branding, and documentation, is the intellectual property of Haijahr Limited. You retain ownership of your content (products, flows, and configurations) uploaded to the platform. By using the service, you grant us a limited licence to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the service.

5. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of the Guseto platform, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not offer service level agreements (SLAs) or uptime guarantees. We may perform scheduled maintenance with reasonable advance notice where possible.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
• Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
• We are not liable for any loss of revenue, profit, data, or business opportunity arising from service interruptions or data loss.

7. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, with or without notice depending on the severity of the violation. Upon termination, your access to the service will cease and your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
