Scoping call and onboarding
We book a 30-minute call to understand your product catalogue, your customers' most common questions, and what a good recommendation looks like for your store. You share your product data (CSV or API access) and we set up your Guseto account.
Day 3 to 7
Flow built and embedded
We build your recommendation flow, test it internally, then embed the widget on your store. You review it, request any adjustments, and give the go-ahead. Your flow goes live - usually within the week.
Day 8 to 30
Your 30-day pilot
The flow runs live on your store. You can see opens, completions, and add-to-basket events in your dashboard. We're available to tweak questions or scoring rules if you spot anything you want to change. At the end of 30 days, you decide whether to keep it.
